Skip has served clients in the financial services industry for the past 25 years, working for some of the largest financial institutions in the world including Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank and Merrill Lynch. Most recently he originated mortgage loans for Wheatland Bank, a local Spokane community lender, specializing in first-time home buyers and down-payment assistance programs. Skip teaches multiple homebuyer education classes each quarter and is one of the top loan originators in the Spokane market, offering Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loan solutions to his clients. Skip is also a US Navy Veteran, graduating from the prestigious Naval Nuclear Power Program. He has a passion for helping Veterans and active-duty military personnel alike.
